Hello Everyone,

All I have to say about this work, is just a word 'FINALLY'. I started to work on this one about 4 weeks ago, when one client showed up asking me to design website interface for medieval browser game. Unfortunately he refused to pay 50% forward, even though I showed him some of the painted details over the couple of days.
Anyways, from the very start I loved working on this one, and I just didn't want to dismiss it or delete .PSD file, because I had plenty of a good ideas which I wanted to try, so I just kept it with the thought that I might finish it someday. Now here it is, I called it medieval continent, but if someone will be interested in buying this project, logotype is 100% editable (Logo is default). However I gotta mention that this is the V.1 of it, I'm thinking of doing few updates and making a V.2 with a bunch of small features, which might improve the overall look of the website.

I wonder how much weight I lost during these 4 weeks, while working up to 4 & sometimes 6 AM in the morning. Now I'm very hungry and have to go get something to eat and celebrate it. Hahaha :D
I can freely say that this is actually the first work I'm really proud of. :D Hope you like it too guys!

What wasn't painted by me is the header picture, and other couple of pictures used in the content eg.(Image in screen shot slider section or in those two banners, little bit below the screen shot slider) which were made by the amazing digital landscape painter ~Fel-X ! Make sure you visit his gallery!

All favorites :+fav: and comments are very much appreciated. Feel free to comment and tell me what you think about it! I'm still having about 160 unread/unchecked messages because I haven't got any chance to respond to them all till now, so I'm going to check them all after my dinner!

Peace guys! Hope you having a good & lovely summer time! :highfive:

I am a complete medival/victorian era freak, and when this came up on my news feed, I immediantly clicked it.
The painting of the landscape is amazing. I think it would remind anyone of the dragon age. A dark time- a rough life and civilization.
You nailed the colors right on. The dark skies, with the glistening green grass compliment each other extremely well.
When it comes to the lower half though, it seems to be a little more on the cartoon side. I would have liked to see it more like the top. Between the top and the bottom, the styles seem to be slightly different. As if the top was created for Mount and Blade Warband, while the bottom for Runescape.
The template looks great however. I like the colors in the template; the grey/silver look.
The old paper and red velvet as the text box was a great choice, and the random objects of the medival items makes the game more interface seem like it would be more interesting to play. Although, I would have liked to see the torches bigger, but overall I am very glad that the bottom half was more than just brown bricks.
If I was to go to this site, and see this background, I would be filled with adrenaline to want to play it. Great job!
